RESPECTUS, a new domicilliary care company, formed as a result of two people's extensive experience of caring for people in their own homes on a professional basis and looking after family members. It is this experience which has led to a rigorous recruitment process to identify Personal Assistants who are able to show kindness, friendliness and gentleness with respect for a person’s property and belongings.
Once accepted, recruits attend compulsory four day training on all aspects of care to ensure Clients are provided with the highest level of service and understand the importance of treating Clients with respect, compassion and dignity.
The ethos of our care represents more than just a viewpoint; we are committed to giving the kind of care we would hope for and expect for our own family. We understand the need for independence, privacy, fulfilment and the right to make informed choices.
Furthermore Personal Assistants are trained and selected to meet the various language, religious and cultural needs of our Clients. Every member of our team is committed to give Clients and families care that is supported by real human understanding and compassion.
