ELRT Healthcare Solutions started in 2018 with 2 members of staff and has grown to our family run business. We've established a client base of over 300 Nursing homes, Residential Homes and Learning Disability establishments. We are also proud to have a dedicated, loyal team of care assistants on board who support our clients throughout Hampshire and West Sussex. We support providers and care services with a range of services inclusive of recruitment, staffing and training needs.

ELRT Healthcare Solutions are on the preferred list for many major organisations who provide care staff for people of all ages, from the elderly in Nursing and Residential homes, to learning disability establishments, day centres, hospitals and more.

We supply staff temporarily and Long Term Transfers to any establishment that is registered with CQC. Alongside this, we can offer a range of training needs to support these services. That is why we can offer a complete 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year service, providing all types of Care Staff.
