• All have mandatory training which includes full care certificate, moving and handling, Safeguarding, Intervention and Prevention.
• All staff speak fluent English or if requested we can provide Carers that speak a specific language.
• We send the same consistent staff to ensure rapport and a dignified person-centred experience with service users.
• Our Staff turnover is low, so we are confident in our carer’s and nurses ability to do their role.
• They are competent in answering any CQC questions and are inspection ready should they be surprised on shift with visits.
