We encourage personal choices that work towards outcomes the client desires, whether that be walking and spending time in the garden or going dancing and spending some time having fun.

Each one of our CareGivers are a valued key part of our team, we provide ongoing quality comprehensive training to encourage the personal development of all.

We aim to ‘people match’ our CareGivers to ensure that their personalities are well suited to those of our client and to allow us to deliver the best possible care experience for them. We provide a consistency of CareGivers and would never send a CareGiver to a client who has not been previously introduced.
